Visceral... lets be real. RMT bans are different than training or "pissing off Amelinda" bans.
NO RMT OF ANY KIND has been a rule here at least as long as I've been here. I don't see any reason why anyone caught RMTing would ever have their character unbanned.
and here's the kicker, why didn't Szeth know he got unbanned? It was his char, he one day found out it was magically unbanned and someone else was using it. Explain even.. just that?
