That is not how RZ worked at all. Within half a day, if you had decided to go anti, you had a long list of guilds you could attack on sight because they were PKs.
So you did.
Crushbone and Gfay was pvp central, i could spend friday night pvping there all night, then log back in the next day at 3pm and people would still be fighting it out, it never stopped.

Everyone loved CB PvP I'm sure (dark elves staying non-KoS to the orcs and nuking us from safety really added a pretty cool RP element to the whole CB theme), but OP was asking about high-end PvP. I had an alt on RZ, and it really seemed to me that the PKers there tended to stay in the low-middle level range to surprise people and loot their items. The top guilds on the server, as far back as I remember, were mostly anti with a few scuffles amongst themselves when things got a little too heated.
