i think the best solution is to put a cast time on all those clickes.
well maybe not the best but perhaps the easiest besides out-right removing some and leaving others.
however i do beliebe trak tooth is more imba than pillage wand. its like the manaburn of kunark and we all know manaburn was fucking stupid in pvp.
