If you want to group, stick to dungeons - your first destination should be Crushbone. Your role will be that of a poor man's cleric (healer) and roots+snares. Druids are not great for groups but you should be able to get groups relatively easily.
If you want to solo, stick to outdoor zones. Melee mobs with thorns and nukes, or experiment with different styles, until you hit level 14. At that point, it's animal charming all the way (head to East Karana). Look around on this forum for charming strategies.
