This map I made long ago for P1999 may help, kinda depends where you are in the world, if you are near a wizard/druid portal or just want to leg it and take boats. Just con everything if you run and keep your distance. For zone maps check the wiki.

Man that map really illustrates how some places are loaded with port-ins and others aren't. 4/19 Velious zones? Beats the crap outta 1/10 Odus zones or 3/26 Kunark zones.
