Wand of Swords - Dropping with 1 charge not 3
As topic says, Male Reinvents in hate are dropping Wands of Swords with 1 charge instead of 3, then when you link them they show as having 3 charges.
Similar to the earlier bug with the 1 charge eye of melnor (20 charge identify) and others.
