I should pull a Splorf and make a useful guide to answer all of the typical questions we see on the forums. The proc rate one comes up pretty often, and every time, I end up searching for the thread where a dev explains it ( http://www.project1999.org/forums/sh...&postcount=144). Lol.
You'd have to make HUGE hp/ac/stam (I'm assuming you're a warrior) sacrifices to boost your dex from 120-140 up to 200+. Plus you only need like 170-180 dex to hit the cap with shaman (and potentially enchanter and bard) buffs. |
