Yep kick them, they're usually not as AFK as people think - 9/10 times they're majestically back within the next 60 seconds asking for an invite again.
Sorry to interrupt your Netflix Mr Wizard, but we could do with some nukes as you're full mana...
Let them off twice, and on the 3rd kick you don't invite them back...I keep a mental note (Enterlooper in particular, is he/she still playing?) of people who do this too often.
