Not sure why Zade gave the camp to you guys, it states clearly in the rules if you don't have sufficient force to clear and handle the camp it's open. Not, if you die and decide to take a stretch break it will be held till you decide to come back.

The necro had already cleared 3 mobs at this point in your story when you guys arrived. The rogue was right behind you guys watching. Again you admit a necro was in camp engaging mobs when you arrived. Thank you. You now know why you had no claim to the camp. You can't run into a camped area and take mobs out of it because people in it are not killing things as fast as you want.
