Golem wand as far as I know was *never* changed, nor conflga wand nor wand of ice...
There's a difference between a wizard getting a rare drop in plane of hate, and a tstaff monk or bard getting something (along with at least 3-5 other pals) twice a week.
Again, I'm in favor of keeping them but who knows here.
