This is the absolute fastest way to power level these levels and I guarantee you will be satisfied. The pricing reflects the sheer speed and quality of this service. From level 30-46 you can expect a total elapsed time of 6 hours.

30-46 - 55.5k - this is done in usually 2-3 sessions
47-51 - 35k

Gearing: Your character does not need to have excellent gear, but needs some. Less gear = less exp = longer leveling times.
