I think what you're trying to say (it's unclear) is that trak teeth eventually have their charges removed at some later point in the timeline, but by your own admission, this occurs after Luclin so it's kind of irrelevant.
Why not just kill Trak yourselves? Admittedly I rarely log in these days, but is there some magical force field preventing you from entering Trak's lair?
edit: I don't think it's a big deal whether the charges are kept in the game or not, but so far no one has given a good argument for removing them. That's mostly what I'm saying.
