the cultural armor that he's crafting was available in October 2000, which is 2 months before they released Velious (December 2000), which would mean Velious is about a month around the corner, given the rate of progression on this server.
So I may be wrong, but if Velious isn't unlocked in <2 months, the rate of progression is fucked.
