You gotta relax bro. If that is "getting in touch with your casual gamer", then be sure to do it. Games should be fun and enjoyable. If you get frustrated at your girl, she isn't going to play games with you. You surely don't want to lose that.
You can take breaks from playing, wait until Velious hits P'99. All things in moderation.
