I think Rand is the bridge from Republicans now to Ron Paul's ideas. He's a great example of libertarianism that is in the mainstream.
His filibuster is about to take a break. It will continue unless Obama/his administration says that they do not have the authority to drone strike non-combatant American citizens in America.
