and i 100% agree with you on:
less then a pound , seeds come from burgess and they have a big beefsteak that grows over 1 pound but with the insane winter wind we have that comes from the east here it would pull the plants down

im only 9 miles from the beach here in boca raton and the gulf stream is a constant assault of nonstop winter winds here , i built this obvious overkill tessara thinking it was way too much but it turned out to be perfect

Steaking tomates is usually fine but with relentless wind they have to be braced from above and clipped alot.

a few days ago i made fried spaghetti with fresh tomatoes , sautee 1 onion , 1 clove garlic , chop up 3 pounds of san marzanos , boil 10 mins , simmer 20 mins , boil 1 pound pasta , when its cooked put it in the pan , put on high and mix for 5 mins
