Mobs definitely push. I spend nearly my entire P99 life getting hit (being as I play tanks). I have to take a few steps forward every little while in melee. It's actually more evident at lower levels because at high levels you're usually either fighting slowed mobs which obviously push a lot less, or killing stuff so quickly that you don't have time to be pushed very far. This includes raid encounters which are often killed in mere seconds.
