What you have here is a relatively new discourse on the Internet called manosphere dialogue. Basically, it is men in a post-feminist world coming to terms with how gender norms have shifted along a pendulum away from "equality" to de facto lesser rights for men; hence MRA (Men's Rights Advocates). Those that stand to lose the most rights and privilege are of course white males.
I think this thread is great because it began as a subtle humorous jab at common gender themes, brought out a white knight mangina, and then subsequently revealed the mangina for what he was (a weak, self loathing fool) as the post continued.
