In a PvE MMO, a person's opinion on "the best players" is usually relegated to their own social experiences. If you met a guy a bunch of times who helped heal you, they are "the best healer". If Somebody tanked for you numerous times and seemed to know what he was doing, he is the "best tank", etc.
In any case, I highly doubt that playing Everquest would be considered to be a "talent".
