This is an issue of course, but unfortunately the way the server is and has been doesnt give other guilds a chance to participate if they are not willing to put in the time and deal with the bullshit.
Your solution seems to be to continue to bitch about it and do nothing. This perpetuates both the shit that is thrown on RnF and the shit that happens on the server. That is a far worse solution than mine.
