What exactly gives Rogean authority to decide a bet? His expertise is in network equipment and database management. He has no qualifications to decide bets, there was no agreement between the betters that Rogean would decide the bet, and his intercession was utter nonsense.
There is absolutely no way that Mortiss won that bet. He was straight up wrong. He lost. He's not paying. That's called welching. Anything else you try to say about it is 100% spin.
