people were saying only rapture landed but you have GoK landing as well. This is why people need to post evidence before claiming stuff like this.

Clearly not confirmed...
I'd still like to see a bigger sample of mez attempts however I think this is good evidence so far that mezes on players are obeying their NPC lvl limits.
