Anyone coming into a zone and asking politely to join a group for nothing more than information about game changes from the last patch and expecting to be allowed to "look" at loot on a corpse or get a truthful response out of those camping Chief would and should be met with this kind of reaction.

If you suspect something is wrong, petition it, but don't assume you can just barge into a camp and start asking reasonable questions, because that's against the rules.
