because killing sub 55's as an enchanter isn't very hard as people aren't geared well, have low MR, and you can mez stun them easily as you nuke them down / drain them and med if need be, not many lowbies carry crim pots, as opposed to 55+ where the only mez that works is rapture which is mana intensive and most people have solid MR and crim pots. but ya pal
