Your cut is way too high. You're going to take 20% for what? Holding the money in escrow and hitting /random 10 times?
If you want to do something like this, your best bet is to charge a small % fee for each ticket. Let's say 5%. So each of the 10 people would give you 10,500pp and you would end up keeping 5k at the end. The winner takes 100k.

You should probably just keep 0% of the cut to build reputation first, and then start moving onto bigger deals and start cutting yourself in once you make a name for yourself.
