To all you young lawyers posting above: unless Eccezan specifically promised to hold the item and sell it to him at 375k there was no contract. The story I hear is that he was saving up to meet the 375k price. People tell us every day that they are saving up to get such-and-such item. That doesn't mean we've agreed to hold it for them at that specific price.

if something is being advertised for 375 then you should honor the price of 375. So there was no contract, that doesnt mean you shouldnt do the right thing. Dont advertise prices if your not wanting to honor them or eccezan doesnt have the authority to sell it and has to clear it with you first. If he is authorized by you to sell said items perhaps you should tell him what you want to actually sell it for or tell him to list big items as offers only and check with you each time he gets an offer.
Its just a video game and its your guys pixels, i just hope your RL integrity isnt shaped by your online integrity.
