I used to PL people so much just to see them never log on again. My new approach to helping the population thrive is just level up alts only grouping. Seems to be having a higher retention rate.
However I would really like to see some more healers grouping. Haven't been able to play my warrior but 2 hours the last 4 days because we cant find healers. Need moar clerics and shamans.
