I vote that this thread is too long. Stop posting here. They will get it back up when they can. Making a 17 page thread in 2 days from one persons personal attack is this person goal. Hes creating a reaction. So by not posting, "God Dammit its down again" you will achieve two things.
1. Not stressing out the devs
2. Not rewarding the behavior of a child.
Inaction is really the best way to handle this. This server is EXACTLY what ive wanted from EQ since luclin came out. I dont want to lose it.

This is pretty much exactly what I said yesterday but it's completely futile.
Luckily when I was 15 I was also horribly addicted to ultima online, so when p99 is down I just play on UO second age. Infact I'd suggest that whoever is doing this leave the server alone and come play UO because you can grief the SHIT out of people, you would love it.
