Yea, EverQuest Online Adventures. It was pretty successful actually, and a LOT of people were upset when its servers shut down.

I saw screenshots of Kelethin and figured it could never be as good if they'd remodelled the world. Kinda wish I'd given it a try just for curiosity's sake.
