Im assuming p99 red and blue have the same pvp coding. So, is it fair to say that resists are useless in PVP (druid vs druid)?
At 205 MR, Root/Snare and Druid DoT's land almost every time.
At 300 FR, wildfire lands about 75% of the time (for over half damage or full damage)
but at 200 CR Frost lands almost never.
So whats the deal here? Are resists boned? Are these spells supposed to be so easy to land on lvl 60's with pretty good resists? resist system is 100% broken, and it's only the most important element of a pvp server.
take that for what it's worth
