What I do is just type /who all (my level) and start sending tells. I think that is the most efficient way to find where people are to level with. Also check out
http://wiki.project1999.org/Recommen...s_and_ZEM_List I am not sure if the numbers are currently accurate, but worst case scenario: you find good zones for your level. Best case scenario: the numbers are correct and you can maximize your xp/time invested.
