According to a post by nilbog at
https://www.project1999.org/forums/s...d.php?p=779491, quests should be upgraded. however two ppl in our guild handed in quest pieces and only received the 1st version not the second. if we merely hand them in again will we get the upgraded piece? or should they be handing out the upgraded items from the get-go?
