Says both drops should be "common". I had to kill over 50 Queens to get 11 legs (note this was 3 weeks before the patch), at first I was thinking it was just my luck and 'variance' and all but with the other people posting about it I'm beginning to think otherwise. I don't know if the issue here is the Wiki saying "common" when it should be saying "Uncommon" or if the drop rate in the database needs to be tweaked.
I know this isn't a definitive answer, but I hope it helps.
