The leadership of this guild won't remove someone from their guild who blatantly causes grief to a large number of players on the server. In many cases, hours and hours of peoples time. They need proof to do so, like the sheer number of players complaining isn't enough. Griefing isn't something you need SS's or fraps to prove.
Yet the leadership of this guild also gets a poor guy and his wife banned for boxing after reporting the guy on a whim, something that you certainly can't always tell just by seeing someone play:
