How did you intend to kill dragons while suspended and unable to engage raid mobs? Any argument that you were saving them for when you were off suspension is null since any guild can claim they are just doing the same, training the competition till they can muster numbers for an attempt and/or wearing down the competition.
The only way this argument would work is if the guild in question doesn't have the keys necessary to kill a VP dragon. Since I've personally killed 4/6 dragons in VP with 25 people post its change to an outdoor zone, I can assure you both VD in the past and FE currently had more than the required numbers to kill those same targets.

All TMO could do to protect against the injustice of an Amelinda ban was prevent VD from getting TMO's VP dragons. As you can probably remember VD was run by Skeletor the Barbarian (Coldblooded) and the raging QQ tard Madtallikus. For this reason they deserved to die in horrible training deaths as many times as possible for the good of the server.
As for FE... if they are so capable why don't they come kill some dragons in VP?
