Just because you continue to call something an exploit doesn't mean it's an exploit. Please provide a post to a GM calling it an exploit and not allowed on this server. Otherwise, everything you posted is your opinion. Certain Dots don't display here, I guess casting those are bannable exploits? What about dispelling necro heals on yourself? That's an exploit that should be bannable right? c wut i did there?
Based on this rebuttal alone, I dont see a post anywhere by a GM stating that Nagafen couldnt be pulled to Tranix's Hallway to avoid AOE and Melee... However we sure as hell were punished by it....

Piss poor rebuttal coming from a Law student.... Based on your same analogy a crime isnt a crime unless a judge doesnt post for it to be (in this case a GM being the Judge)

Common sense tells you if thats the way it was "meant to be" or not.. Rather than I can exploit this EG:

ex·ploit2 /ɪkˈsplɔɪt/ Show Spelled [ik-sploit] Show IPA
verb (used with object)
1. to utilize, especially for profit; turn to practical account: to exploit a business opportunity.
2. to use selfishly for one's own ends: employers who exploit their workers.
3. to advance or further through exploitation; promote: He exploited his new movie through a series of guest appearances.
