I agree having coward troll accounts needs to go. In fact, I've suggested to Sirken that trolling up a storm outside of RnF with an anonymous account should result in forum account ban and deleted posts. If they can't ensure people can't come back and make a new account, they can just keep cleaning up the mess /shrug. I completely agree it wouldn't fly on modern MMORPG boards and they tie IN GAME PENALTIES to forum behavior.
As far as Nilbog making the final call, he sees the change is classic and makes it... but that is missing the point I'm making entirely. He isn't aware, and probably shouldn't need to be aware of what is going on day to day here. I don't accuse him of bias, or flaw in that process and I'm glad the change is in now. Nilbog is trying to make the server classic, and does a great job at it. However, the point being dodged is the reasoning for doing it and the methodology involved.
Nihilum farms Chardok royals, I can't say how many times over how many months. Azrael starts farming it, change is made almost immediately and I don't see a bug post about it (remember... the PROCESS is being ignored). Also consider how long it takes to get most things reviewed, fixed and approved by comparison. Having a dev to message in the guild to get things quickly changed by not following the process everyone else has to follow, well... yeah have fun deconstructing that Heartbrand, its obvious, proven and objective. Further, Nizzar is fully aware he is a dev and messaged him privately about it. Trying to explain this away really kills any attempts you think you're making to be legit.

You know what helps? is a dev being in game SEEING whats wrong, no second guessing, no need to go on the bug forum.
The fact hes in game helps tremendously -- he doesnt have to make bug reports about it. He goes in the developpers forums, make a fix, post the fix, fix get reviewed and accepted. You're probably fuming at the thoughts of fixes not going under Nirgon's magnifying glasses, but such is life. If you wanna see those fixes, then join the team or shut the fuck up.
He's made many of those changes as far as I can tell, and theyre all for the better of the blue and red server.
