Can team it up with a mage also for something to keep the mob steady while you recharm so 2 aren't chasing ya. Root spam doesn't hurt either. At low levels, probably kill the charmed mob when its low and snag a new one. High levels, you wanna find that just barely dark blue or high light blue and hang on to 'er.
