tho its 5250 with normal charism, hence why they used to sell for 5.5k in EC regularly, before it became somewhat common for people to try and liquidate them for 5k when they needed plat. if u just want 1 bag the cha gear alone is about 250, so its a wash, plus buying a port or running all that way with so much plat on you, etc
was a nice business back in the day selling tink bags for a ~500pp profit each, i must say.
