Right, that's what I was wondering about. With tash, fetter is pretty reliable even on a level 53 (resist maybe only 1 in 4 or 1 in 5 times, breaks early basically 100% of the time but it probably lasts a minute+ on average). But I have never ever had root on high-level stuff that hasn't been tashed to know what early breaks are like then
