Best part about starting this before 60 is that you kill 3 birds with one stone! HS north is very nice xp, and the other places you go to for the challenge aren't half bad either, PLUS you get some chances at loot that you'd miss out just soloing in CoM or HS ent or something, AND you're still checking stuff off your sheet

You'd be able to duo all of solo warmup/disciple already, I'd reckon, and with quite a few options for a partner. Just be ready to take it slow when you're learning the areas you're pulling from and fighting in, and be ready for a few deaths
