We know you dont care because you have a huge pool of players to play with in your zerg guild, but as its been pointed out, its an advantage that new players dont get.
Beside being pwned non-stop by twinks who cant lose their gear, the 2nd most bad thing i can think of that would make a new person quit the server would be to make it really hard on them to find groups to play with.

Newsflash: no one is grouping at the low levels. Grouping is much worse xp then solo and low level xp is so redonk ezmode on this server that you are level 20 after the first evening.
Red Herring.
Get rid of /ooc, its hurting the server pop badly. And now adding a TON more work for CS as the server has now decended into petition quest against each other with /ooc chat on 24/7 screenshot hotkey.
End it. None of this is worth keeping this non-classic "feature".
