Iksar necro with jboots, CoS, zheart, hoigresh elder beads, RoA, Staff of the Dreaded Gaze, manastone and pre nurfed fungi staff.
Of course this would assume velious was out, but it would be cool if you did have all that stuff. I think it would be an easy level to 60 for sure. For the latter levels throw a robe of decay and epic in there. Hell on wheels!
