It HAS to be "Yun Shaman Powder". It looks black, and it ONLY drops off "a froglok yun shaman" in Trakanon's Teeth. Most people use the wrong powder from different yun shamans around Kunark, none of them will work except the one above. You can find the yun shaman near (-1900,1200) in TT.
