If 4 people can access this information from their PCs, that means other people can access this information from those four peoples PCs as well.
I am not sure about what third party programs are capable of, but I wouldnt doubt that some exist which are capable of that.

I drive to Mass from Philly each week every week I pay an escort to hit on rogean at a bar while they are at dinner I dress up as a waiter and take the orders.
