The spawn time is determined at the mob's previous death. Only Rogean and Nilbog can use the #spawnstatus command to see when the next spawn is due.
That aside, I have to ask: Are people truly insinuating that TMO has access to the #spawnstatus command? If so, what is wrong with you? If we did have access to it, why would we so blatantly flaunt it now? Most of you are smarter than this.
If we did have it, there'd be far smarter ways to go about it while simultaneously minimizing suspicion.
