xp bonus has never been the issue, its non soloing classes being left in the dust. its pretty bad here, a solo class can get to 55 in a week should they choose to neglect their RL. all xp bonus does it push the gap between soloers and group dependent classes even further.
doesnt help that every is rolling SKs. need more cleric/chanter/shaman to simmer down and group up mid levels.

And thats my point. IF there is going to be a non-classic higher then 20 percent (like sullonzek) xp bonus, at least put it where it will actually help the server: as a grouping bonus.
We need more reason for players to group up and include the group dependent classes. Dedicate the non-classic portion of the xp bonus to grouping bonus.
Groups already have so much working against them. The xp is slower, more a pain in the butt to put together, non-optimal classes are shunned like the plauge (lol rangers), and its exausting as a puller to keep enough mobs in the group to even come within the same universe as solo (or duo) xp.
Groups all around are a ton more work for all those involved, for LESS xp.
Its sad but true, but soloing even as a bad solo class is better xp:

i'm never getting use to this exp rate tbh, people tell me "ITS GREAT EXP MAN" i come to the group, we litteraly slay 100 mobs within 10 minutes, i realise i've only gotten 1%...
I think group exp is so retarded slow soloing is a more viable option, and i'm a monk.

Everyone knows the above is true, i've experienced it myself.
