While I'm sure we'd like to take credit for that, our banking system as it is now by and large happened as a fluke. We pushed through some changes on bank monopolization a couple years prior that weren't necessarily all that grounded in economics. In fact, a number of the changes were advantageous to larger banks. Our condensed model was sheltered more in the recent financial crisis as a consequence
