Necros can do a mean fear kite on alot of beefy action in velious. WW draggys, deeper giants/dwarves, POG trash, POM. It's quite decent. Being able to fear kite beefy giants deep in kael arena or solo drags for stat necks for the whole crew in WW is nice and all but it's got nothing on ench charm. You're really not going to see much for necros on the undead charm side of things. TOFS, a few skele's in the pit at thurg, DN, my memory is a little hazy but nothing really springs to mind for good undead charms in velious.
