If everything is so MR that an enchanter can't really charm, that just means the necro isn't going to be charming either. And if stun, root, mez, and slow are hard to use (with tash!), then snare, root, mez, and fear (without tash!) will be hard to use too.
EoT isn't going to keep aggro if a necro is loading up dots to help it kill stuff, since it's awesome but a far cry from some undead level 47-50 charmed pet.
